Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. Minglai can ship products directly to your customer on your behalf.
Do I need to purchase stock upfront?
No. You can order one unit at a time when your customer places an order.
Is there a dropshipping fee?
Yes. The current dropshipping service fee is R50 per order, charged in addition to the supplier/product cost.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery within South Africa is approximately 5–14 working days.
Will the customer see Minglai’s name?
Tracking info uses your business/store details. Products usually ship in blank packaging unless you’ve purchased private labelling.
