Policies

A R50 standard service fee applies to all orders. This fee helps us process and manage your order successfully, and is shown before you complete checkout.

We deliver around South Africa. Available shipping methods, rates and delivery timelines are set in Shopify and confirmed at checkout. International shipping is not available yet.

Refund and return requests are handled per the refund policy on our Shopify checkout. Contact us with your order number and we'll take it from there.

We collect only the information needed to process orders, applications and sourcing requests. Payment details are handled by Shopify and never stored by us.

Product eligibility for dropshipping and private labelling varies by product and is shown on each product page. Seller applications are reviewed before listing and approval is not guaranteed. We make no income, profit, sales or business-success guarantees.
